Inviting applications for the role of Export specialist with French

We are looking for the candidates willing to join us to work for great organization and our customer - Unilever

 

Responsibilities:

  • Caring for the correctness and timeliness of the e2e process
  • Responsibility for the process (knowledge of procedures, rules) in respective process area and its correlation to linked processes
  • Ensuring efficiency and high standard of operations: identification and removing inefficiencies in the processes, making improvements in the daily operational work
  • Support specialists in respective (also linked) functions
  • Order management - registering orders in the SAP in correct manner (codes, dates etc) and confirming with customer all relevant details
  • Ensuring proper order fulfillment, credit control performing
  • Organization of transport (i.e transport planning and coordination based on contracted patterns)
  • Ensuring proper documentation is being issued i.e. delivery note, invoice, best before date statement,  relevant export documents i.e. Certificate of origin,  Attestation for exportation, Certificate of conformances, EXA, SWB)  and delivered to relevant parties (i.e.: customs agents, customers)
  • Post sales service i.e. logistic and pricing claims resolution
  • Proper customer and pricing master data management

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English & French (on C1 level)
  • University Graduate (min. Bachelor)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Services Operations
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate with internal customers
  • Ability to work with various IT applications (SAP, CRM, ARC)
  • Problem solving and decision making ability
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office & good knowledge of SAP system
